Responsibilities:
Receive, analyze, and record customer purchase orders.
Monitor order fulfillment in a timely manner.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales to ensure material availability and delivery dates.
Monitor customer demand and anticipate changes that impact planning.
Update daily/weekly order status reports.
Detect deviations and propose corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in electronics or manufacturing companies.
Knowledge of MRP and ERP processes (preferred: SAP, Oracle, or other).
Intermediate/advanced Excel.
Data analysis skills and results-oriented.
Excellent communication and service-oriented.
