【工作內容】
1.負責領導PE團隊，協助完成組織目標 
2.管理新產品導入量產的相關工程技術轉移 
3.產品量產過程異常分析與相關改善計畫之管理 
4.生產成本管理與生產良率之改善規劃　 
5.統籌海外生產據點的產品工程資源，建立Worldwide PE 和 FA(Failure Analysis) 團隊 
6.導入新的產品工程技術以強化整體產品工程之管理能力 
7.客戶溝通與內部資源協調
