【工作內容】
1. Draft, review and negotiate global customer contracts and other business contracts in the U.S. and EMEA.
2. Counselling regarding commercial dispute and litigation with global customers.
3. Contribute to integrated solutions to cross-functional or complex business issues that have a legal dimension.
4. Assist on preparation and implementation of contractual risks control policies and procedures.
5. Provide regular customer contract training to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Review local contracts in Taiwan.
