Promote the annual performance management process and make timely adjustments to meet the changing needs of the organization and the environment, including goal setting, performance appraisals and performance improvement plans.
Execute promotion related matters, including collecting and verifying data, preparing promotion reports, and issuing promotion announcements.
Assist other ad hoc tasks and HR related projects.
【Job Requirements】
Degree in any discipline, preferably with a strong academic background in the HR domain.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation planning and performance management.
Proficient in Microsoft 365. Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP or Interinfo is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive personal data professionally.
Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous, strong analytical thinking, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
