【On Site / WFH】人資管理師 HR Specialist (C&B Function)

【工作內容】
  1. 推動年度績效管理流程,並適時調整使其滿足不斷變化的組織與環境需求,包含目標設定、績效評估、績效改善計畫等
  2. 執行晉升相關事務,包含收集及核對資料、編制晉升報告、及發佈晉升公告等 
  3. 其他專案性任務及主管交辦事項

【工作要求】
  1. 不限科系,人力資源相關科系佳 
  2. 至少2年薪酬規劃及績效管理經驗 
  3. 熟悉MS Office及Office 365的辦公處理軟體,有使用SAP或Interinfo等HR系統經驗者佳 
  4. 能夠以專業的態度處理員工敏感性資料 
  5. 具團隊精神,有良好的書寫和口語表達能力 
  6. 注重細節,問題處理和分析與組織能力佳 
  7. 英文說寫流利佳 (會議報告及主持)

【Job Description】
  1. Promote the annual performance management process and make timely adjustments to meet the changing needs of the organization and the environment, including goal setting, performance appraisals and performance improvement plans.
  2. Execute promotion related matters, including collecting and verifying data, preparing promotion reports, and issuing promotion announcements. 
  3. Assist other ad hoc tasks and HR related projects. 
【Job Requirements】
  1. Degree in any discipline, preferably with a strong academic background in the HR domain.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation planning and performance management.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft 365. Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP or Interinfo is a plus.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive personal data professionally.
  5. Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Meticulous, strong analytical thinking, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Fluent in written and spoken English.
