Job Descriptions:
1. Lead NPD activities, coordinate NPI, MP
2. New project kick-off and follow up APQP activities
3. Project plan (sample/schedule/engineering proposal) and management
4. Coordinate RFI / RFP / RFQ deliverable
(1)BOM, NRE, Capex, Labor hours & NPI sample quotation alignment with each team members
(2)Problem log collection and trigger meeting to discuss with customer.
5. Define the process condition with customer.
6. Align the product criteria with engineering team and define it with customer.
7. New material sourcing for customer's design suggestion.
8. Coordinate FA activities for the lowlighted failure mode from customer.
9. DFM review for NPI customer designed product.
10. Coordinate the VDA6.3 audit preparing and co-work with QA leader.
11. Coordinate deliverable to customer by planned schedule per each phase.
Qualification:
1. At least 5 years of work experience in project management.
2. Understanding of Power Module, IGBT products are preferred.
3. TOEIC 600+
