Responsibilities:
- Oversee the following functions: logistics, order fulfillment, receiving, and overall warehouse operations.
- Provide quality service delivery (accurate and on-time) to internal and external customers.
- Identify and drive process improvements that increase transactional efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide transportation support for inbound and customer delivery for all US West plant logistics.
- Establish clear and measurable goals to determine individual and team results.
- Perform team member evaluations accurately, fairly, and on time.
- Balance workload and prioritize duties as required by the business.
- Ensure the department is compliant with corporate policy, ISO registrations, and other registrations.
Requirements:
Education/Qualification:
- Associate’s degree or level of knowledge that would normally be obtained from an AA degree.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Have prior experience working in Warehouse/Logistics/Shipping
