Responsibilities and Roles:
1. Collaborate with HR team for the maintenance and development of related HR systems.
2. Communicate requirements and make relevant modifications based on user feedback.
3. Provide user support services.
4. Prepare system documentation.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of development experience in Java or above.
2. Understanding of database architecture, e.g., ORACLE, SQL SERVER.
3. Ability to communicate with users, understand their needs, and provide suggestions and solutions.
4. Willingness to engage in continuous learning.
