Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Company’s global IP strategy;
  • Lead the IP team to manage the Company’s global IP portfolio;
  • Manage IP litigation;
  • Optimize IP resources in EMEA; and
  • Improve the Company’s trade secret protection program.

Requirement:

  • Law degree with STEM undergraduate background. U.S. bar is a must. IP LLM will be a plus.
  • 10 years+ law firm or multinational IP working experience; familiar with electronic manufacturing industry;  
  • A good command of English.
