USI is in the search of the right executive candidate in fill in the position of manager of ERP. This position will provide the leaderships, management, development, and operation of the entire USI ERP/PLM landscape which include in the following area:
- Formulate and Develop action plans and proposed solutions on IT ERP/PLM in alignment with USI IT strategies to support the continuous growth and long-term plan of USI.
- Manage and deliver large and complex ERP/PLM engagements for USI Worldwide manufacturing sites and offices.
- Support ERP directors to drive ERP/PLM synergy activities of M&A companies.
- Collaborates with COE/Sites IT to ensure related services being managed and delivered in the most effective, scalable, and secured fashion.
- Work closely with the engineering team to secure new business deals by coordinating requirements.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
- Over 5+ years of experience on Oracle Agile PLM Administration, Configuration, Installation, Process Extensions development and Integration, specialized in Agile 9.x Link SAP ECC 6.0, Data ETL.
- A plus of working in top 30 EMS companies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Good logical problem-solving skill.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Work under pressure.
- fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willing to travel.
