1. Systematically analyze failures to identify the root cause, whether occurring during manufacturing or in the field.
2. Operate and interpret data from advanced equipment, such as power supply, oscilloscope, DMM (Digital multi-meter).
3. Work with production, quality assurance, and R&D departments to implement corrective actions.
4. Present detailed findings and recommendations to colleagues and management in reports and global meetings
5. Develop strategies and recommend design or process changes to prevent similar failures in the future.
