Responsibilities
1. Work with departments to understand the business needs and talent plan to fulfill DL/IDL hiring requisition to support production operations.
2. Develop and maintain recruitment channels: such as job portals, headhunters, staffing agencies etc.)
3. Organize campus recruitment and manage university-industry partnership programs.
4. Maintain daily employee relations communications.
5. Execute other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of HR experience: the recruitment/employee relations background will be a plus.
2. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Languages: proficiency in Chinese & Vietnamese or English & Vietnamese, Vietnamese candidates with Chinese skills preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. In charge of employee relations for the Vietnam plant.
2. Manage employee onboarding/resignation procedures.
3. Maintain communication channels such as employee communication meetings, employee interviews.
4. In charge of people care programs, making plans and implementation.
5. Conduct engagement surveys and drive improvement initiatives.
6. Execute other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of HR experience; recruitment/employee relations background preferred.
2. Good Knowledge of Vietnamese labor regulations.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize and implement training programs for Vietnam plant
2. Know well about the training process, develop training curricula based on needs.
3. Design evaluation frameworks and monitor training effectiveness.
4. Drive talent development projects, conduct talent reviews, and design capability-building programs.
5. Implement corporate culture initiatives.
6. Execute other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of HR experience: training/talent development/culture specialization preferred.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in Chinese & Vietnamese or English & Vietnamese. Local Vietnamese candidates with Chinese fluency preferred.
