Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Business Partnership
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to Vietnam site leadership and translate global HR strategies into localized execution plans aligned with Vietnam labor market and regulations.
• Support business expansion, workforce scaling, and productivity transformation.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for DL and IDL.
• Drive manpower planning, hiring roadmap, and critical talent pipeline.
• Strengthen employer branding and local talent market presence.
3. Talent Management & Leadership Development
•Develop local managers to reduce expats
•Enhance leadership trainings for different level managers
• Facilitate learning programs aligned with operational and leadership needs.
4. Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
• Oversee payroll, C&B administration, and HR operations in compliance with Vietnam labor law.
• Ensure competitive, cost-effective compensation structures aligned with regional guidelines.
• Manage HR systems, employee data accuracy, and reporting.
5. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
• Manage labor relations, employee engagement, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure full compliance with Vietnam labor laws, audits, and government inspections.
• Lead union or worker representative communication where applicable.
6. Culture, Engagement & Organizational Development
• Drive company culture, core values, and engagement initiatives on site.
• Support organizational design, change management, and HR process improvement.
7. Digital HR transformation
•Adoption of HRIS, AI-enabled tools, and data automation to enhance HR operation efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus.
Experience
•3Y+ HR Manager and above working experience in Vietnam. Proven track record in managing HR operation for 2,000+ employees in Vietnam. Be familiar with Vietnam local practices.
•15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HR manager/ director role.
•Strong experience in manufacturing / EMS / industrial environment is highly preferred.
