1. Dock/Hub NPD/NPI project management
2. Co-working with Technical providers and propose new solution, design concept and POC sample for Customers promotion
3. Engage Customers RD & PM for new product planning
4. Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive plan (scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines) and achieve it.
5. Team Leadership: Lead project team, assign tasks, set goals, provide guidance/support for success.
6. Risk Management: Identify risks, analyze impact, develop mitigation strategies for success.
7. Resource Management: Allocate/manage resources (human, budget, equipment, material) efficiently.
8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop/manage budgets, quote NRE, track expenses, implement cost control measures.
9. Change Management: Identify/evaluate changes, assess impact, manage requests through processes.
10. Continuous Improvement: Improve management processes, tools, methodologies, foster learning culture.
【加分條件】
1. Education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information technology or equivalent experience.
2. Experience in Dock/Hub NPD/NPI relevant industries is a plus.
3. 3+ years related experience.
4. TOEIC 700+
