1. Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Open)
[Job Description]
1. Integrate OA&MES server systems, networks, and system security, from planning, installation, project management, network connection requirements from customer, to monitoring network performance and capacity to ensure that it meets business objectives.
2. Planning, construction and management of computer systems, including: UNIX/Linux/Windows based, Email, SFTP, File server, Data Center.
3. Planning, construction and management of network systems, including: LAN/WLAN/Internet/Cloud/VPN/DNS/IP setup, integration of Data and Voice service, and coordinating with remote IT staff to ensure smooth operation of networks and applications.
4. Information security system planning, construction, and management, including Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion protection, and local Firewall management.
5. Establish factory critical service backup and restore system and perform disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
6. Troubleshoot problems with the IT infrastructure such as network and system.
7. Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure in the factory and ensure that the infrastructure is stable, secure, and scalable.
8. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching and upgrading systems.
9. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry.
10. Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of normal working hours.

Qualifications and other position requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
2. At least 4 year of practical experience in IT infrastructure/network engineering or related role and working experience in an international company with multilingual cluture.
3. Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
4. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Container, etc.
5. Solid understanding of networking system and protocols such as LAN, Firewall, switch, and WiFi&LAN routers.
6. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, such as Nagios, SolarWinds, IMC, ILO, etc.
7. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously from design to implementation.
8. Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members but also to coworkers in other departments who may not have knowledge of networking technical terminology.
9. Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any complete technical issues that have impact on production.
10. Good English writing and oral communication skills and strong willingness to learn new skills. Good Chinese communication is a plus.
2. Senior IT MES position (Open)
【Job Description】
1.Setup and manage plant MES architecture including system configuration, data automation and system administration.
2. Plan, configure, and technically install MES in new and existing production lines by working closely with Bosch international and local technical teams.
3. Troubleshooting and fix of MES and Traceability technical issues which occur in daily operations to ensure 99.85% operations of the system in plant.
4. Active support of PD/PE/QMD/TE/ME/EQ/... MES requirements and work with development team to fulfill the new features or fix the issues as well as support of the implementation of automation or Industry 4.0 projects.
5. Implementation of MES support and emergency concept in plant including training of key users in operations and service.
6. Schedule and perform MES system updates in the plant and maintain the system components
【Qualifications】
1. AT least 4 years of practical experience in Manufacturing Execution System and working experience in an international operating company.
2. Expertise in MES Deployment, MES system configuration, installation, technical setup, maintenance, and related IT systems integration.
3. Bonus skills in low-code or shell programming tools, like Mendix, Python, Oracle/Microsoft SQL, and Reporting Services and experience in MES development as added advantage.
4. Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work independently.
5. Good English writing and oral communication skills and strong willingness to learn.
6. Good Chinese communication is a plus.
