Responsibilities:
- Training, production support, system improvements, report development, and MES application updates/implementations across the NA region.
- Deliver training and create documentation for MES applications; support the user base and channel new requirements to corporate teams.
- Resolve incidents and technical issues (system errors, outages, interfaces, and IT/engineering integrations); provide expert MES administration.
- Train key users on system capabilities and functionality; availability for after-hours support when required.
- Lead or participate in projects/process improvements using cloud and IoT technologies; play a key role in MES NextGen initiatives (e.g., Rockwell FTPC).
- Gather requirements from end users; develop, coding, dashboarding BI, test, and implement business applications and integrations.
- Analyze system capabilities and implement new IT features - developments as processes evolve; support solution specification, design, installation, configuration, testing, and infrastructure-level integration.
- MES functional and technical documentation, user guides, and test plans.
Requirements:
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field.
Experience
- 2+ years in similar position
- 2+ years working in electronic manufacturing industry

- Data quality, Data Trust and reporting performance (latency, accuracy).
- Integration catalog (ERP, IoT, RF devices, etc) and dashboards/Power BI views.
- Collect users' tests - requirements cases to deliver solutions to Operations.
- MES NextGen migration plan and release log.
- Participate actively Operations projects and delivery solutions aligned with IT NA framework.

The expected pay rate for this position is $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 depending on specific skills and work experience.
