【Online Interview】Senior C&B Associate Manager

The Senior Specialist or Associate Manager, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) is a key member of HR COE - Global Total Rewards team, responsible for managing global expatriate programs, travel policies, well-being initiatives, executive insurance plans, and HR self-check audits. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and employee experience alignment across international HR practices.

1. Global Expatriate Management
    Oversee end-to-end expatriate lifecycle, define/adjust the global expatriate management policy, including assignment planning, relocation support, compensation review, tax equalization, and repatriation.
    May need to do the research or identify the appropriate external tax and relocation vendors to ensuring compliance with host/home country regulations.
    Collaborate with Talent team, Site recruitment team and C&B team to maintain alignment and accurate execution.
2. Global Travel Policy Management
    Maintain, update, and communicate the company’s global business travel policy, balancing cost control with traveler safety and comfort.
    Analyze travel trends and provide data-driven recommendations for policy improvements.
3. Worldwide Well-Being Programs Management
    Conduct annual review & benchmarking and expenses analysis to see if it is needed to refine program offerings.
    Coordinate with site HR/GA/EHS to evaluate the well-being initiatives (physical, mental, financial) in line with company cost budget, culture and employee needs.
4. HR Self-Check Auditing Coordination
    Develop and implement HR self-audit checklists & annual plan to ensure internal compliance with global HR policies and data integrity.
    Coordinate with HR COE team members (policy or practice owner) to collect and review audit results, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
    Provide reporting to HR leadership and support risk mitigation initiatives.
5. Executive Medical Insurance Renewal & Management
    Lead the annual renewal process of executive medical insurance policies in collaboration with brokers and insurers.
    Ensure timely enrollment, claims support, and issue resolution for covered executives and dependents.
    Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities to optimize coverage and premiums.

Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or certification in C&B or Global Mobility is a plus).
    Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B, global mobility, or HR compliance, preferably in a multinational company.
    Solid understanding of international HR practices, expatriate tax, relocation frameworks, and global benefits programs.
    Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with data audits and vendor management.
    Strong analytical, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
    High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
