Key Responsibilities
1.Global System Governance & SuccessFactors Maintenance
•System Ownership: Act as the lead administrator for SAP SuccessFactors (EC & other modules), managing system configuration, permission, and workflow design.

•Integration Architecture: Design and optimize data pipelines and logic for HRDB integration. Conduct rigorous testing with IT to improve the reliability of automated data flows.
•Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex data discrepancies and integration bottlenecks between HRDB and various local/global platforms.
3.LMS Evaluation & Digital Learning Transformation (Project Lead)
•New System Implementation: Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of the new Learning Management System (LMS). Define system architecture to ensure seamless training record integration with SF.
•Global COE Support: Translate COE learning strategies into technical system requirements, ensuring the LMS supports global compliance and talent development goals.
•Change Management: Develop user training programs and SOPs to enhance organizational effectiveness and system adoption.
