【Job Description】
1. According to customer demand, establish site I4.0 implementation annually milestone.
2. Site contact window, breakdown milestone working step, assign to functional department to develop real-time data collection system & dashboard, interconnect manufacturing site and customer.
3. Build "Flexsim" production line simulation model, detect bottleneck process and analysis improvement opportunities.
4. Self-assessment and review with customer to evaluate site I4.0 score project by project, based on standardized elements/metrics (SKU, CT, UPH, RFTY, Machine parameter, Machine Downtime, COT, OEE, SPC/CTQ…)
5. Training I4.0 knowledge for project team members.
【Qualifications】
Major requirements:
1. Have knowledge and experience of MQTT protocol.
2. Have knowledge and experience of using C# or python or other equivalent software.
3. Be able to translate LOG file into defined format
Other requirements:
1. Experience working with Intelligent assembly station, test station, development host computer, upload data.
2. Develop Kanban and monitor production data in real time. Web development, query system.
