【On site】員工關係管理師 Employee Relations Specialist

【Job Decription】
1. Point of ER contact and responsible for conflict resolution including handling disciplinary cases, advising management on best practices, and follow-up.
2. Participate in the formulation of company Employee Relations policies and procedures, such as conducting employee exit interviews; analyzing turnover rate analysis & making improvements; managing employee reward and punishment system; coping with labor inspection; holding employee-related activities (e.g., Employee of the Year, Retirement); managing employee suggestion box.
3. Liaise with service providers on training needs by the company.
4. Ensure compliance with all labor-related laws.
5. Coordinate and prepare reports on ER project/assignment matters and progress.

【Qualifications】
1. Proven experience within an ER specialist role and/or HR operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Good understanding and application of employment legislation.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Ability to identify risks and make fair decisions, with guidance and support that meets the needs of the business.
5. Good commercial understanding

【工作內容】
1. 成為與員工溝通的橋樑,包含員工衝突管理及追蹤並提供相關建議
2. 參與制定並執行公司之員工關係守則與相關流程,如離職管理及訪談、離職率分析改善獎懲作業處理勞動檢查應對及處理 、員工相關活動舉辦(年度最佳員工、退休餐會等)、員工意見箱管理及案件處理 
3. 依公司需求提供員工勞動法令相關宣導及訓練
4. 確保公司規章制度符合勞動法令
5. 準備員工關係相關報告
6. 其他主管交辦事項

【工作要求】
1. 具員工關係或人力資源相關實務經驗
2. 熟悉勞動相關法令
3. 優異的人際溝通技巧,能夠快速地與內外部利害關係人建立良好關係
4. 能夠以公司的角度辨識風險並做出正確判斷
5. 對市場有一定的敏銳度
