1. Design and develop antennas for wireless products (Cellular, Wi-Fi, BT, GNSS, NFC, UWB, etc.).
2. Perform antenna matching circuit design and tuning.
3. Conduct electromagnetic (EM) simulations using tools such as CST, HFSS, or equivalent.
4. Analyze antenna performance metrics including S11, efficiency, gain, isolation, TRP/TIS, and SAR.
5. Execute antenna validation and OTA testing using VNA and chamber systems.
6. Debug antenna and RF-related performance issues.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with RF, EE, ME, and ID teams for system integration.
8. Support wireless certification activities (e.g., PTCRB, GCF, EMVCo, FeliCa).
9. Provide technical reports and support project milestones through mass production.
Requirements:
1. Solid understanding of antenna theory and RF fundamentals. Experience with EM simulation tools (CST, HFSS, FEKO, or equivalent). Familiar with antenna measurement equipment (VNA, OTA chamber, etc.). Understanding of impedance matching and Smith Chart.
2. Experience in mobile or handheld device antenna design. Familiar with LTE / 5G NR / ENDC technologies. Experience with NFC, UWB, or mmWave antenna design. Knowledge of SAR, EMC, and desense mitigation
