【Main Responsibilities】
- Cowork with manager to setting strategies and targets
- Tracking and executing projects assigned by supervisors
- Assisting in data analysis related to production information
- KPI analysis and improvement
- Preparing and analyzing operational reports
- Driving project improvement
- Driving the achievement of OM$ targets
【Qualifications】
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and capability
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in manufacturing enterprises is preferred
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with manufacturing process management
- Hands-on experience in production factories; solid understanding of manufacturing processes and on-site operations
- English & Chinese proficieny
