1. Manage HW, SW & Testing design engineer
2. Review system product design and Testing design
3. Product failure analysis including product design & manufacturing process
4. Grow professional skill of team members
5. Technology roadmap planning & execution
6. Prepare technical proposal for customer's RFI/RFP/RFQ
7. Lead technical discussion with customers
【必要條件】
1. At least 20 years' experience in system product HW design
2. Managing RD team in EMS/JDM/ODM industry of big scale company with manufacturing facilities.
3. TOEIC 750+
