USI / Asteelflash is actively looking for a talented another Quality Management Systems Coordinator to join our team here in Milpitas, CA. 

This ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of Asteelflash quality systems. meet the ISO requirements for conformance to procedures, and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop audit plans and schedules. conduct internal/external audits.
  • Act as an ISO lead auditor.
  • Communicate non-conformances with the result of internal/external audits and oversee the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Action plans.
  • Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ensure Asteelflash procedures are properly documented, managed, and practiced.
  • Ensure controls and measurements specified in our QMS are in place and drive process and quality good documentation practice improvements.
  • Meet deadlines and multi-task efficiently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment changing priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Experienced in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 16949 and ISO 14001 certification.
  • Preferably at least one- or two-years’ experience in a (Good Manufacturing Practice) GMP Contract Manufacturing (CM) environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience with internal, External, AND supplier iso audits.
  • Initiate internal and External CAPA and SCAR. Follow up to close CAPA and scar.
  • Highly motivated, quick thinking, and able to convey ideas and present unconventional solutions to unique problems.

KEY COMPETENCIES:
  • Demonstrated competence in working with diverse personnel to resolve issues with short deadlines.
  • Certified quality auditor or trained auditor is a plus
  • English writing skills
  • Training skills

Experience with quality standards, including the following:
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 16949
  • ISO 13485
  • ISO 14001
  • IPC-610 standards
This position will be 100% onsite. The expected based salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $85,000-$100,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience. Apply now!
