Funciones:
• CFT engineer with sufficient English level to hold conversations with clients
• Mastery of metrics (Productivity, Downtime, SCRAP, YIELDs)
• Experience in personnel management.
• Experience in developing and executing Presentations before Clients and Directors (English and Spanish)
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Experience in using tools for Quality improvement (6 SIGMA)
• Experience in Machine Programming:
o SELECTIVE WELDING MACHINES
or ROUTERS
or PVA
• 10 years of experience (minimum) in the field
• 5 years of experience (minimum) in the position (CFT Process Engineer)
