*Provide administrative and coordination support to the PMO & Governance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
*Assist in project coordination and tracking, including maintaining project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
*Support governance-related activities, such as documentation control, process tracking, and compliance follow-ups.
*Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, including IT teams, project managers, and business partners.
*Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for management review.
*Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and administrative reporting as required.
*Manage and organize records, files, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
*Provide general administrative support, including logistics coordination, data entry, and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
*Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance PMO efficiency and governance effectiveness.
