IT SUPERVISOR


Leadership and Management:

Supervise and lead the IT team, ensuring smooth operation and coordination.

Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior IT staff.


Project Management:

Oversee IT projects from inception to completion.

Allocate resources and manage project timelines and budgets.

Ensure projects align with the company’s strategic goals.


Technical Expertise:

Maintain a high level of technical knowledge to support the team.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.


User Support and Training:

Provide technical support to end-users and address IT-related queries and issues.

Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance IT skills.

Ensure effective use of technology across the organization.


Policy and Procedure Development:

Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Maintain documentation related to IT operations and processes.


Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Negotiate contracts and ensure the quality of external services.

Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and meet their IT needs.


Budgeting and Financial Management:

Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget.

Monitor expenditures and optimize cost-efficiency.

Approve purchases of IT equipment and software.


Security Management:

Co-work with the security team to implement cybersecurity measures.

Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches in collaboration with the security team.

Support the security team in conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability tests.


Strategic Planning and Development:

Contribute to the development of the company’s IT strategy.

Identify opportunities for technological improvements and innovation.

Plan for future IT needs and system requirements.


KPI Management:

Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to IT services.

Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage Time to Resolution (TTR) metrics.

Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.

Regularly review and report on KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the IT team to develop strategies for enhancing service performance.
