Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control documents and records within the document control system.
- Be familiar with and effectively use systems such as Agile PLM and QAD.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Support ECO processing, document revisions, release activities, and archival of obsolete documents.
- Ensure documents are accurate, updated, and distributed according to company procedures and quality system requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other departments regarding document updates and change control activities.
- Issue, monitor and implement ECO/MCO, in Agile and QAD
Requirements:
Education/Qualification
- College degree Business Administration
Experience
- 5+ years in similar position
- 3+ years working in electronic manufacturing industry

- Advanced MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Able to generate document logs, registers, and status reports.
- Strong understanding of access control and document security
- Familiar with engineering, construction, or manufacturing documentation
- Handles clerical duties such as faxes, filing, copies, product tracking, update time cards and.. etc.

The expected pay rate for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 depending on specific skills and work experience.
