1. Work closely with project sponsors, cross functional teams and project managers to Plan and develop, deliverable, required resources, work plans.
2. Monitor and Control the project on time on budget, on quality IT projects.
3. Good understanding in multiple IT discipline include infra. Security, ERP, application development Service delivery and project management methodology.
4. Lead and facilitate preparation of large customer improvement or strategic projects
5. Participate Lean Six Sigma (LSS) in internal task forces to achieve cost savings and/or shorten the time or increase the efficiency of critical customer related processes
6. Strong Experience in IT Service Management and all aspect of ITIL Service Management Lifecycle.
7. Ability to work with cross-functional, and multiple countries multi-disciplined team..
