1. Define department target and plan development strategy
2. Establish and improve the organizational structure, define responsibility and authority of members
3. Make long-term and short-team department plan and supervise the implementation
4. Motivate employees and establish effective communication channels
5. Develop effective policy to ensure target fulfillment
6. Coordination and control of new product schedule
7. Prepare and submit monthly departmental work report/plan
8. Issue and review relevant departmental documents
9. Review project with customers, and visit suppliers with customer together
10. Plan and promote professional training
11. Set up cost budget and ensure good implementation
12. Set up KPI and evaluate the performance
13. Perform other tasks assigned by management team
