Job Description – TPM (Technical Project Manager)
Key Responsibility
Drive end‑to‑end project execution across all phases: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing.
Manage project milestones, schedules, risks, and ensure clear, timely communication across cross‑functional teams and Customers.
Organize and lead internal and external meetings with engineering teams and Customer to drive technical issue resolution, quality improvements, and build readiness.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, reports, meeting minutes, action items, and follow‑ups.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Proficiency in English at 4 skills, Mandarin at intermediate level is a plus.
2–5 years of experience in technical project management, hardware/module development, or SiP related projects.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to Have
PMP/Agile certification.
Lean/ Six Signma Greenbelt certification.
