The Treasurer will be responsible for overseeing the company's global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, risk management, and financial strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement global treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
· Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
· Oversee the company's investment portfolio and ensure compliance with investment policies.
· Monitor and manage foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, and other financial risks.
· Lead the treasury team and provide guidance on best practices and regulatory compliance.
· Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
· Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals and objectives.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
· Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and treasury operations.
· Proven experience in cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
